業務名：
米陸軍相模補給基地内の建物135-S2の空調施設改修

業務内容：
本業務内容は，米陸軍相模補給基地内の建物135-S2における空調施設改修の設計施工業務である。
米国基準ASHRAEに準拠した冷暖房計算により空調機器を決定し，建物135-S2内の全ての空調施設（ボーリングレーン，会議室とその機械室，スナックバー，バー，食堂，事務所，倉庫，床屋，倉庫，男性用および女性用のロッカー，キッチン）を改修した。また，関連基準に準拠した上で，アスベスト混合物および鉛含有塗料を撤去，廃棄した。空調機器の改修には，チラー，エアーハンドリングユニット，エアコンパッケージ，全熱交換機，ダクトおよび配管等が含まれている。

Project Title:
Replace HVAC Sagami Lounge BLDG 135-S2, Sagami General Depot, Japan

Description of our scope of work:
The scope of this project is to provide new HVAC system for all areas at the Sagami Lounge, Bldg. 135-S2. The heating, cooling and ventilation load design analysis calculations were performed in compliance with the requirements of American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards for the sizing and placement of HVAC equipments; related architectural and electrical works; and removal of Asbestos containing materials (ACM) and lead based paint (LBP), in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.  Work consisted of replacement of existing chiller unit outside the building, Air Handling Unit and Air-Con Package System equipments, ductwork and piping at Bowling Alley, Mechanical Room at the Conference Room, Snack and Bar, Banquet Room, Office, Dry Storage/Barber Shop, Storage, Men’s and Women’s Locker, and Kitchen. Total cost for this project is ￥94,170,000 including design and construction.

Design was performed in accordance with:
UFC 3-400-02, UFC 3-410-01FA, UFC 3-420-01, IPC, ASHRAE 62.1-2007, NFPA 90A, JIS and Latest NFPA & ASHRAE Handbooks, etc.
