3次元FEM解析によるフレアースタックの強度検討

業務内容：
本業務内容は，トラス構造フレアースタックの強度検討を，3次元FEM解析手法によって行うものである。
経年劣化したトラス構造の鋼管部材を補修交換するに当たり，その工事期間における仮設の状態での強度検討を，3次元FEM解析手法によって行った。検討の結果，劣化が著しい箇所については部材交換前に補強を行うことで，施工中に十分な強度が確保されていることが確認された。

Project Title:
3-Dimension FEM Analysis for Flare Stack

Description of our scope of work:
The objective of this project is to confirm strength of steel frame truss structure for Flare Stack by 3-Dimension FEM Analysis.
The strength of steel frame truss structure is analyzed by 3-Dimension FEM Analysis during construction period for changing deteriorated steel frames.  After repairing of hard deteriorated portions, the steel frames are confirmed to have enough strength during construction from the results of the analysis.
